This unique oil is the richest known source of medium chain triglycerides (MCT), which provide instant energy without the need for insulin as they are not typically stored within the body. Highly digestible and ideal in supporting the digestive tract, coconut oil can be heated without compromising the quality, but it is solid at room temperature.
